Michael Labek

Michael Labek is a core member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Chicago Industrial Real Estate team. Mike specializes in business development and client services including structuring and negotiating commercial leases and assisting with the acquisition and disposition of owned or leased properties and land for corporate and institutional owners and users. Prior to joining the team, Michael was as an office broker with Cushman and Wakefield, working primarily as a tenant representative. Preceding his time with Cushman and Wakefield, Mike interned at AEW Capital Management in Boston where he assisted with the underwriting and due diligence process of industrial, multi-family, and condominium acquisition targets as part of a $640M opportunistic fund.
