Michael Kiriakides, CCIM

After graduating from Clemson University in 1988, Mike began his business career working in all facets of his family food service business gaining valuable experience and skills in the areas of sales, marketing, and customer service. Mike's commercial real estate career began in 1995 when he joined The Furman Company. A specialist in the Retail Division, he conducted numerous real estate transactions primarily with local and regional clients. Mike quickly honed his skills and built on his solid reputation for honesty and integrity on both sides of the deal. As Mike's knowledge of the industry and market grew, he decided to venture out on his own and formed KDS in 2001. Mike is a life-long resident of Greenville, South Carolina. Mike has been involved in several charity organizations including St. Francis Hospital and Meals on Wheels Greenville. He and his wife, Debbie, have three daughters, Anastasia, Alexis and Arlena. His personal interests include mountain and road cycling, camping, hiking, and other outdoor activities.
