Michael Kimmel joins KBC after nearly a decade at Cushman & Wakefield where he covered the New Jersey and Baltimore industrial markets and everywhere in between. As a glorified cold caller, Michael feels fortunate to have concluded his time as a Managing Director at C&W, where he ranked within the top 40 of all brokerage producers in the Americas. Michael's areas of expertise include off-market sale transactions, tenant representation (renewal vs. relocation analysis-both local and national), and landlord representation. Over the past 3 years in NJ as the team's unofficial walk-on, Michael's efforts led to over $117 million in sales volume, and 50 tenant rep deals totaling just over 3.5 million square feet. Tenant clients included Piramal Glass, Turtle & Hughes, Legacy Converting, PrimeSource Building Products and Ahold USA. Landlord clients include Black Creek Group, Duke Realty, Link Industrial, PGIM and PLD among others.
