Michael Katcher

Michael Katcher is an Vice Chairman in the Agency Services Group in C&W's Washington, DC office, where he has been involved in more than 9 million square feet of real estate transactions. Mr. Katcher joined C&W in 1991 and managed the Mid-Atlantic Region Research Group prior to entering brokerage. In this role, he supervised six staff members and controlled research data covering 200 million square feet of property, and supported the Institutional Accounts Group on major Washington, DC assignments. In 1996, Mr. Katcher transitioned his career from the Research Group into the Brokerage Services Group to work in a partnership with a Vice Chairman of the company. Since making this transition, he has been involved in significant tenant representation assignments in the Washington, DC area.
