Michael Kaider

Michael Kaider is a partner in the National Retail Partner's (NRP) Midwest team and the leader of the team’s single tenant net lease practice. The NRP Midwest team is recognized as CBRE’s leading retail investment sales team and typically accounts for approximately 28% of CBRE’s national business. Since its formation, this team has sold over 1,000 retail properties in 45 states, including over 200 single tenant properties totaling more than $800 million. Michael is also a member of the National Net Lease Property Group (“NLPG”), which is a select team of senior level CBRE Capital Markets professionals that specialize in the sale, purchase and recapitalization of single tenant net leased properties throughout the United States.
