Michael Jones, CCIM

Mike is the president and managing broker of Franchise Real Estate Group. He specializes in commercial retail leases, landlord representation, land redevelopment, and investment sale projects around the DFW metroplex. Mike has experience in property management which led him to manage over 1,200 government owned properties, tax foreclosures, and various non-profits entities. Mike is a college professor with the Dallas College District, teaching courses in business and real estate. Additionally, he is a licensed instructor who teaches courses in commercial real estate through the Texas Realtors Association and Metrotex Association of Realtors. Mike serves on the board of directors for Metrotex, Commercial Data Exchange Board and he is an active member with CCIM, NTCAR, Metrotex Association of Realtors, and IREM.
