Michael Johnson

Michael joined the Coldwell Banker Commercial Bullard Team in Peachtree City, GA. in 2014. His prior experience with Tara Properties, Inc. Commercial Division (2000 thru January 2014). The Eagle Group, Atlanta, GA. (1990 thru 2000). His real estate career began immediately after studying at Clayton State & University in 1973 with his father''''s business, Rudolph Johnson & Associates. Rudolph Johnson, a Georgia State Representative and Michael Co-Brokered the successful firm which specialized in many facets of real estate including residential, land and commercial sales and appraisals. In 1984 Michael made a decision to devote full time to commercial and land sales assisting clients to negotiate transactions, acquire sites, obtain building permits and oversee construction which gave him experience working with engineers, architects working with Georgia Department of Transportation to obtain curb cuts on state highways. Michael is a highly regarded Real Estate Professional in Atlanta and the surrounding metro area, including Athens and Gainesville. Michael was a long time member of the Metro South Board of Realtors and a current member of the Atlanta Commercial, Georgia & National Board of Realtors.
