Michael Ilse

Michael joined the Aspen Group team in January 2010. While at Aspen Michael’s focus has been on all facets of sales and leasing of commercial property throughout Bismarck-Mandan and Central and Western North Dakota. Michael is able to use his extensive knowledge of the local markets and negotiation skills, while providing the highest level of honesty and integrity, to achieve a successful transaction for his clients and their families. Michael is currently working towards his CCIM accreditation. Michael, born and raised in Bismarck, ND, graduated from Bismarck High School. After graduation, Michael enrolled at Bismarck State College where he received an Associate in Applied Science degree. After graduating from Bismarck State College, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Business Economics from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks. In 2016, Michael was chosen as a 40 Under 40 award recipient by the Bismarck Tribune. In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time with family and friends while staying active as a volunteer in a number of different events throughout the Bismarck-Mandan community.
