Michael Huge

Michael Huge, CCIM is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a B.S.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate. Michael started his career in commercial real estate in 1982 working for R.C.H Company, an industrial developer, in Cleveland Ohio where he was involved with all aspects from zoning, entitlement to delivery of the commercial projects. In 1993 Mike joined Bradford Companies brokerage division where he handled the marketing and leasing of office buildings. In 1996 Mike joined JBC where he provided brokerage services to both Landlords and Tenants. Michael has compiled a comprehensive database of Tenant contacts, rates, ownerships, building sold and office buildings in the Dallas Metroplex enabling him to lease problem properties quickly. Mike has represented several clients in his tenure most notibly: Lincoln National Life Insurance, Prudential Insurance, The Commissioner of the state of California, TCP Holdings, Remas Corporation, CMD Realty Advisors, RREEF, Acron USA, Today Realty Advisors, Castletop Capital, BH Properties, and Colina West Real Estate.
