Michael Horne

Michael Horne has 35 years of retailer and shopping center representation, with a focus on the northern and central New Jersey markets. Prior to joining RIPCO, Michael worked at CBRE beginning in 2013 as Senior Vice President upon the sale of Fameco Real Estate, L.P., the Philadelphia region’s leading brokerage firm specializing in retail real estate and the shopping center industry. Michael has extensive expertise in site selection, market analysis, site development and dispositions. Michael has completed numerous transactions on behalf of owners, developers, and tenants. Prior to joining Fameco in 2002, Michael spent three years as Vice President of Retail Services at Silbert Realty & Management Company and prior to that he was affiliated with Staubach Retail Services and RJ Brunelli & Company.
