Michael Heerman

Formed in January 1993, Heerman-Stanton Commercial Real Estate was a partnership comprised of Michael S. Heerman and Donald P. Stanton. In September of 1994, the company was incorporated under the name HSM Pacific Realty. Michael S. Heerman, a Portland native, founded the company with the goal of providing superior brokerage services with a high degree of professionalism, integrity and the kind of hard work that always creates success. With over 30 years of experience, Michael specializes in large format retailers, real estate strategy and market analysis. Additionally, he represents developers, and has been involved in many of the Shopping Centers in the Oregon Market.
