Michael Gordon

Michael joined SquareFoot’s Houston team in 2021 as a Senior Associate. He possesses a diverse portfolio of real estate experience, having worked in both the commercial and residential sectors. Michael began his real estate career at New Western Acquisitions, a residential investment brokerage, where he assisted investors and developers in acquiring new properties by analyzing return requirements and filtering investment opportunities. He then went on to join Weitzman, a Texas-based CRE firm with a focus on retail, as an Associate. Michael is a graduate of Louisiana State University, with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. A native Houstonian, his interests are cars, sports, and stock market investing. Michael works closely with Sam Pouns, who brings extensive experience in Houston commercial real estate to SquareFoot. Sam has held brokerage positions at notable CRE firms, including but not limited to Colliers International and Fritsche Anderson Realty.
