Mr. Gillman, a Senior Vice President at CBRE, Inc. has devoted his thirty plus year career in the Commercial Real Estate industry to representing high profile organizations and firms in solving their real estate needs and space requirements. As an advocate for his clients, Mr. Gillman has continually created savings in completing below market transactions while meeting the logistical and business needs for his clients. Mr. Gillman’s ability to create leverage while negotiating the economic and all business variables in lease and sales documents drives savings as well as ensures against the risk of increased costs in his clients’ real estate overhead. During his career, Mr. Gillman has represented Fortune 500 companies such as ADT, Ameriprise/American Express, Boeing, ExecuStay (a division of Marriott), Griffith Energy Services (a division of Coastal Hudson), McGraw-Hill, NBC-Sportsnet (a division of Comcast), Progressive Casualty Insurance, Siemens, and Volkswagen of America. In addition, he has represented well-known local companies on a National Basis such as ASRC Federal and its subsidiaries, Champion Exposition Services, SMS – System Maintenance Services Inc. and Safeware, Inc. His work includes build to suit projects for Medstar Hospital, ASRC Federal Holding Companies, DRT, Inc (a division of Boeing) and USBI, Inc’s corporate headquarters. Mr. Gillman has represented many other local companies and organizations including The Autism Society, The Bender Foundation, CASE, The Biomedical Engineering Society, The Lutheran Social Services of greater Washington, D.C.,The Major League Soccer Players Union, The National 4 H Council, and The Smithsonian.
