Michael Gatto has spent the past twenty plus years representing users of corporate real estate from consulting/tenant representation to the listing (sale and lease) of properties. During his tenure, Michael has represented many Fortune 500 Companies such as Ameritech, Chicago Title, New York Life, Progressive Insurance, Glidden Paints, as well as many local businesses in their search, evaluation and negotiations of real estate. He has sold, leased and consulted on real estate matters for many diverse organizations in his time. Michael has leased space from Philadelphia, PA to Sacramento, CA as small as 300 square feet to corporate facilities over 500,000 square feet. He has sold and purchased facilities for corporations from downtown high rises to freestanding suburban property. During his career, Michael has leased, sold or purchased more than seven hundred million dollars worth of real estate for his clients. Michael also has experience in construction and has assisted clients with build-to- suit projects and major renovations. He brings more than twenty years of experience in construction to the table for a client, which can be very advantageous in evaluating the market and buildings on an “apples-to-apples” basis. Michael has built and now owns numerous office buildings, shopping centers, investment/flex buildings and other real estate facilities in the local Cleveland, Ohio market. Michael started his own company more than fifteen (15) years ago to represent both local and national companies with their facility needs. His previous position, as vice president and manager of the Cleveland office of Equis Corporation, the nation’s largest corporate real estate service provider, helped develop Michael’s skills. Combine these skills with his experience in working with Fortune 500 Company CEOs and CFOs, his construction background and his resume of transactions and you get a well-seasoned, well-rounded real estate professional to assist with all of your needs. Michael is a graduate of John Carroll University and holds a BS/BA in Marketing with a concentration in Finance. He holds a real estate brokers license in the State of Ohio and belongs to many trade organizations and local charity committees and boards.
