Michael Furay
Mike is the Managing Principal joining the Lee & Associates team in January of 2007, with 35 years experience behind him in Commercial Real Estate. Prior to this, Mike worked at CB Richard Ellis - originally focusing on the Tri-Valley Market (San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasanton and Livermore). Then in 1999, Mike refocused on the leasing and selling of industrial properties in the East Bay (Richmond out to Union City and east to include the Tri-Valley). Mike’s experience began in 1986 working as a broker trainee, during which time he managed an extensive industrial data bank system. Since then he has focused exclusively in the East Bay and Tri-Valley Industrial markets. His production level has consistently placed him among the top producers in his ever growing market.
