ABOUT
Michael began working in real estate in 1986 as an assistant mall manager for CBL & Associates. He earned his Commercial Shopping Manager (CSM) designation in 1999 from the International Council of Shopping Centers, a designation attained by only 30 percent of shopping center managers. Since that time, he has worked as a corporate director responsible for management, leasing and operations as well as an independent realtor focused on commercial property. Michael joined Luken Holdings in 2013 and was responsible for leasing 2.5 million square feet of office, retail and industrial real estate. Today Michael is responsible for leasing Midtown Office Park and outside listings.
