Michael Frisoli

Michael Frisoli joined Newmark in 2015 and is a Vice Chairman in the Boston office. Frisoli leads a team with his partner, Vice Chairman J.R. McDonald. Frisoli and his team completed sale and lease transactions with a total value of $3 billion in 2020. The team services both landlord and tenant clients in their markets as well as manage national portfolios for many global tenants. Over the course of his 29-year real estate career, Frisoli has been involved in lease and sale transactions totaling more than 50 million square feet within every market in Greater Boston. He has been recognized by his clients and peers as a creative, trusted and innovative real estate advisor. Frisoli has received multiple “Deal of The Year” awards from the Commercial Brokers Associate (“CBA”). As a tenant representative, Frisoli and his team recently represented CarGurus for a 225,000 SF headquarters lease in Boston, MA; ZoomInfo for a 375,000 SF headquarters lease in Vancouver, WA and a 225,000 SF lease in Waltham, MA; and Keurig with a 590,000 SF build-to-suit in Burlington, MA. In addition, the Frisoli & McDonald team recently completed multiple sale transactions throughout Greater Boston. Prior to joining Newmark, Frisoli was an Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield. He was also a founding partner of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners and a senior member of Trammell Crow Company, Fallon Hines & O’Connor and Spaulding & Sly.
