While at Norris & Stevens, Mike pioneered the firm''s first suburban specialty leasing /sales team in the company''s 25 year history. Through a diligently focused and organized plan, he secured over twenty listings and developed working relationships with large institutional owners such as State Farm Insurance and the Oregon Health Sciences University. As a result of his hard work and attention to detail, Mike was honored with numerous producer awards and was recognized throughout the brokerage community as one of the industry''s top professionals.
