Michael Fess

Michael G. Fess is the newest team member to EquityPartners and helps oversee interior and exterior construction operations, capital improvements, leasing, and financial reporting within the Equity Partners portfolio. Michael has been a licensed real estate sales associate since 2018. Michael graduated from Purdue University in May 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and since joining the EquityPartners team in September, he has been involved in over 100,000 SF of leases and has helped facilitate Commercial Property sales totaling over $25 million dollars. He is currently working on EquityPartners’ newest development, Ingenuity One, which is a 68,703 SF class A, single-story development scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2023. Michael is involved in NAIOP’s Developing Leaders program and is looking forward to continuing to grow in the industry.
