Michael Erkmann

Mike, founding partner of NAI Select in Boise, Idaho, is a 18-year commercial real estate veteran with a wide range of real estate expertise, including retail, office, industrial, land and multifamily property transaction experience. Mike has built a solid foundation of corporate clients through his tenant advisory services. Mr. Erkmann successfully guides local and national clients with their commercial real estate acquisitions, asset dispositions, 1031 exchanges, and lease obligations. Mike has led clients in hundreds of commercial lease and sales transactions, totaling an excess of $1 billion. His specific areas of expertise include market knowledge, financial structuring, transaction management, space utilization and strategic planning. Mike consistently exceeds the investment goals of his clients. Mike has a passionate appreciation for Idaho and the outdoor enjoyments that this unique state offers. When not in the office, he and his wife of 20 years and their 3 children spend the weekends camping, skiing, and fly fishing.
