Michael Eisner, CCIM

With 18 years of commercial real estate experience, Michael Eisner provides a broad spectrum of services primarily in office and industrial sectors, including buyer, tenant, seller and landlord representation throughout South Florida. Mr. Eisner became licensed and affiliated with ReMax Commercial Associates, prior to joining the Brenner Real Estate Group in 2011. In early 2017 Brenner Real Estate Group was acquired by CBRE. In November of 2020 Eisner returned to Remax Commercial where his career began. In addition, he has over 19 years of financial experience as an investment advisor for major Wall Street investment banking firms including Shearson American Express and Prudential Bache Securities. Eisner was the 2011 president of the Fort Lauderdale/Broward District of the CCIM Institute (Certified Commercial Investment Member). He earned the CCIM designation (held by approximately 6% of the 150,000 commercial practitioners) in 2010. He served as 2012-2013 and 2016-2017 term Director of the Realtors Commercial Alliance, (RCA) and is a member of Business Network International (BNI). He serves on the Board of the CCIM Fort Lauderdale- Broward District, a position held since 2018. Mr. Eisner was given The Costar Power broker award as a “Top Retail Leasing Broker” in 2016. Mr. Eisner earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting from the University of Florida in Gainesville.
