Michael Dolan joined Equity Commercial Services, the predecessor to Transwestern in the Twin Cities market, in 2007 as a Sales and Leasing Associate. He focuses on new business development, third party brokerage, tenant representation and client representation in transactions for sales and acquisition. Michael is a proven self starter with a strong background in both sales and the real estate market. Michael came to Transwestern after spending 4 years as a real estate developer in the residential multi unit housing industry. Prior to that Michael created and ran a successful small business that serviced and supported the video post production and motion graphics industries in the Midwest with annual revenues of over $2 million. He created and grew a small business from zero to over $2 million in annual revenue in a little over two years. Previously, he was a National sales account executive, exceeding 125% of sales quota and was a proven leader on a sales team, handling all new product sales. Part of a real estate partnership in the 1980’s Michael has participated in variety of real estate transactions including contract for deeds, real estate development, buyer representation, vacant land development and 1031 Exchanges.
