Michael Dillon serves as a director of the Leasing Services Group in the Stamford, Connecticut office of Cushman & Wakefield. He has more than ten years of real estate experience, specializing in office leasing and corporate relocations within the Fairfield and New Haven County markets. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Dillon was a vice president at CB Richard Ellis, where he specialized in commercial real estate services for both office and industrial clients throughout Connecticut. Mr. Dillon provided a broad array of services to his clients including tenant and landlord representation, acquisition and disposition services, strategic planning and consulting. Mr. Dillon has vast agency leasing experience including the representation of UBS in Stamford, CT; Shelton Technology Center in Shelton, CT; Lighthouse Properties’ portfolio and Abbey Road Advisors’ portfolio. Mr. Dillon received his B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing from Merrimack College.
