Michael De Lew, SIOR is a Founding Partner of RealComm Advisors and has been a full time industrial real estate professional since 1990. Having worked with boutique firms such as Burke Commercial Real Estate and Stuart Mixer Commercial Oncor International, Michael has also spent time with two national brands, Lee & Associates and the last 20 years with Colliers International. Michael was inducted into the Everest Club at Colliers, the top 10% of agents in the U.S. Michael also served two (2) years as the Marketing Director for the Palms Business Centers, a local development concern handling all facets of leasing and Tenant Improvements. While at the Palms Business Centers, Michael gained invaluable institutional experience working directly with their financial partner, Copley Real Estate Advisors, the commercial real estate arm of New England Life Pension. His education includes a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, with a business minor, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in addition to being a licensed real estate broker in Nevada. Mike received the SIOR designation in 2001, being recognized as a member of the elite group of real estate agents throughout the nation. He has served the SIOR Nevada chapter as Secretary/Treasurer, Vice President, President, Past President, Education Chair, and since 2005 has continued to serve as the Golf Tournament Chair organizing the chapter’s annual SIOR Street Teens charity golf tournament. Michael G. De Lew consistently ranks at the top of all commercial real agents in Southern Nevada. Mr. De Lew is experienced in all phases of industrial real estate specializing in development feasibility analysis and design, investment property, land acquisitions, and leasing and sales to both users and investors.
