Mr. Crespo is also a registered financial advisor serving in the business for over 10 years. It was during his tenure as the treasurer of a Co-op in lower Manhattan, when Mr. Crespo recognized that the landscape of the real estate industry was littered with management companies who overcharge for services which they seldom provide.
