Alongside his dedicated investment team, Michael is committed to leveraging his skillset to unlock untapped value and maximize investment returns for his valued clients. With a focus on providing exceptional representation, he offers a comprehensive suite of services including detailed site selection and analysis, market reports, and expert handling of asset acquisition, disposition, and management. After receiving his BA in Finance from UTSA in 2012, Michael started his professional career in the banking industry to hone his expertise in financial services, data analytics, and commercial asset management. He then transitioned from the banking industry into the commercial real estate industry in 2017 where he managed 110+ commercial units through the successful sale of the portfolio in 2023. His diverse background has equipped him with the perfect blend of knowledge and experience to excel in the dynamic real estate landscape. Employing a disciplined and meticulous approach, he deftly utilizes his analytical prowess, financial expertise and real estate acumen to identify promising investment opportunities and guide clients through the acquisition, disposition, and management processes. Beyond the world of real estate deals and financial endeavors, Michael finds solace in nature alongside his rescue dog in the picturesque landscapes of Colorado. His hobbies include traveling the world, exploring the great outdoors, perfecting his golfing skills, and eating BBQ.
