Michael Cranfill

A graduate of Hanover College with degrees in both business administration and economics, Michael began his real estate career in 2003 as Retail Specialist. Over the years he has worked hard at building a career guiding his clients through the buy, sell and lease process helping the growth of the Indianapolis market and the Hoosier state, of which he prides himself. Michael is also a business owner, a proprietor of three highly successful restaurants in the Indianapolis area, giving him first-hand knowledge, a valuable asset he brings to his clients who are looking to create something of their own. Michael specializes in tenant representation, disposition of retail assets and landlord leasing. He is an active member of ICSC participating in Next Gen activities and is a counsel chairman for ChainLinks Retail Advisors. Michael was also nominated for the Indiana Business Journal 40 under 40 list.
