Michael has 29 years of extensive experience in the Inland Empire representing a broad spectrum of clients in all phases of the disposition of surplus property. Michael’s extensive knowledge of the Inland Empire market is complemented by thorough analysis and marketing skills involving lease negotiations, tenant relocation, tenant expansion, market analysis, property marketing and real estate development.
