Michael Charters

Mike joined CBRE in 2005, after interning with the firm through college and is currently Senior Vice President. Mike represents some of the most substantial trophy office developments and has negotiated several of the largest lease transactions ever to be signed in the Silicon Valley. He specializes in large scale, top tier development sites, some of which are now materially changing the skyline in Downtown San Jose. While the majority of his work focuses on Institutional Landlord representation, he often represents well known technology companies navigate their procurement and disposition strategizes in the local area.
