Michael Castle

Michael has been providing commercial real estate consulting and advisory services to local, regional and national clients for over 35 years. As a Vice President with Totum he continues to follow their philosophy by focusing on occupier client needs to deliver the best outcomes based on the overall client criteria. When companies have all the relevant objective information, they will always make the best business decision. Our advisory service model is dedicated to delivering that information to achieve those outcomes. His consulting tenure brings a depth of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate and brings a unique understanding of all of the impacts that will effect a real estate decision. It is this understanding of the industry that makes Totum a unique advisory partner. Michael has always been family and community focused. He has been married to his wife Stephanie since 1990 and is the proud father of two grown sons Adam and Conner. He has served on the Finance and Development Boards of St. Lukes Parish, and the St Francis School. He is a member of the adjunct faculty of West Virginia University’s College of Business and Economics. He holds a Masters of Business Administration from West Virginia University.
