Michael Carmichael

As Vice President of Leasing, Michael Carmichael is responsible for agency leasing services for Avison Young in Dallas. Michael has 25+ years of commercial real estate experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth region, specializing in project leasing, asset acquisitions and investment sales. Prior to joining Madison Marquette with the 2019 merger with PMRG, Michael served as Vice President with Colliers International. He has also served as Director of Leasing for R & B Realty Group and Kennedy- Wilson, and as Property Manager for Vantage Companies. He graduated from Texas Tech University with a BA in Advertising and holds a Texas Real Estate Broker license.
