I am a licensed Realtor with Re/Max Experience in Wilton Manors. When I graduated from college, the first thing I did was buy a duplex. While living on one side, I remodeled the other side. Three years later I sold it and bought another. That buying and selling pattern multiplied and has continued throughout my career. I love real estate. It is in my blood. I started my career as a business teacher/college professor. I taught during the day and at night I worked on updating and remodeling my income property. After ten years, I wanted to apply my business skills to a real-live business and left teaching. I bought my parents family-owned business--a pet food and pet supply distribution company that serviced New York, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine. After 11 years, I sold the distribution company, named after my mom, to Proctor and Gamble. From there I wanted to live in Wilton Manors (WM), Florida. I had visited many cities over the years but fell in love with WM's diversity, the people, culture, and warm climate. It was a dream of mine to live in WM. On Sept. 11, 2001 I moved to Wilton Manors, while the Twin Towers in NY were attacked. Soon thereafter, I bought some income property and opened a small chain of pet stores, called "Pet Supplies Plus". I later sold them to Irving Income Capital Group. I decided it was time to follow my heart and dream to go into real estate full-time. You now know two important things about me: 1. I love real estate, 2. I love pets and 3. I love running my own business. These experiences have given me the skills to help you sell or buy a home in south Florida. I represent both buyers and sellers. I love to list properties and strive to get "top dollar" for my sellers in the shortest amount of time. I specialize in single family residences, condos, and multi family/income properties. I work in Wilton Manors, Coral Ridge, Oakland Park, Poinsettia Heights, Victoria Park and the Fort Lauderdale beach. I understand
