Michael Brewster

Michael is a Vice President, responsible for single-tenant and multi-tenant retail investment sales transactions throughout the southeast and nationwide. Michael has 8 years of capital markets experience and has been involved with the sale of more than 100 properties with an aggregate value of $1.2 billion. Prior to joining Colliers in 2022, Michael began his full-time commercial real estate career with HFF in Orlando in 2014, and continued through JLL’s acquisition of HFF in 2019. Prior to joining JLL (HFF), Michael attended Florida State University where he served as president of the FSU Real Estate Society and worked for NAI TALCOR in accounting and research during his education.
