Michael Barnette

Michael has considerable experience in the sale and leasing of industrial/commercial and investment properties, including retail, R&D and office buildings throughout the San Francisco Greater Bay Area. He has exclusively listed and sold more than 350 industrial/commercial properties, which makes him a phenomenon in this business. He founded Dock High Commercial Inc. in early 2009 having previously worked for top commercial real estate firms in the San Francisco Greater Bay Area. He was most recently a Senior Vice President at Colliers International and his career also includes positions as Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis Company and Vice President at White Commercial Real Estate. Michael is widely known in the industry for his creative problem solving skills that set him apart from the crowd. He brings over 25 years experience to the table and represents clients with tenacity and integrity to get them the best deal. He graduated from St. Mary’s College in Moraga, California with a Bachelor of Arts degree and was commissioned as a Naval Officer from the Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC) at UC Berkeley. During high school he attained the rank of Eagle Scout.
