Michael Allwood

Having joined Andrew + Ashwell in 2008, he became a Partner the following year. Mike’s previous employers include Henry Butcher, Bache Treharne, Dovebid Bache and also Lambert Smith Hampton. In the past ten years Mike has tended to focus on larger industrial and office agency work, including acting on a number of major new developments in Leicestershire. He is also a long-established specialist in recoveries and insolvency work nationwide - one of few Leicestershire-based experts in the field. A member of RICS since 1999, Mike is a RICS Registered Valuer, approved for formal Red Book Valuation work.
