Merri Perry

I have been licensed in Las Vegas for close to three decades and I am one of the area's top producers. Since Las Vegas is a 24-hour city, I work diligently and around the clock to get clients what they want and at the best possible price. The nickname, The Negotiator, may stem from my city of origin, Queens, New York. My primary goal is to exceed customer expectations. Over 85% of my business is a direct result of repeat clients and customer referrals. I attribute these results to my commitment and focus on customer satisfaction. While many real estate agencies measure success based on sales volume, I consider my clients’ confidence in my company as the true sign of success and count the numbers of happy and satisfied homeowners. I holds designations and certifications as an Accredited Buyer's Representative, Seller Representative Specialist, Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource, and e-PRO®. I also have a great appreciation for the city of Las Vegas so I make sure to give back to my community. I am an active volunteer for Forgotten Not Gone, Bamboo Bridges, Project 150, The Just One Project, Three Square, Give Back Homes, and various cancer research organizations. I also help feed the homeless and work to build and donate homes for our Veterans. I have two amazing sons and I live my life by keeping them in the forefront.
