Melody Yang

Melody is the Director of Property Management at STC and has been with the company since 1998. Melody graduated from California State University at Los Angeles with a degree in business administration and finance. She has held the California Licensed Real Estate Broker’s license since 2000. She is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), California Multiple Listing Service (MRMLS), Tri-counties Association of Realtors, Apartment Owners Association of Southern California (AOA), and the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles (AAGLA). Melody is fluent in English, Mandarin and Taiwanese, and contributes her extensive experience in real estate management and leasing to overseeing all aspects of the company’s daily management operations. Even though Melody is not an expert cook, she loves to eat all types of cuisines. Amazingly enough, she can still keep fit and slender. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Taiwanese.
