Melody Holley

Melody Holley is a Senior Leasing Associate with Crossman & Company and is responsible for the marketing and leasing of shopping centers, ranging from neighborhood centers to specialty centers to new developments and redevelopments. Melody takes a hands on approach through the entire leasing process, actively soliciting tenants through traditional and innovative methods, as well as, serving as a point of contact for prospective tenants and clients. Throughout Ms. Holley’s career, she has handled the leasing for diverse assignments, such as: the redevelopment of Roswell Wieuca in north Buckhead; a large portfolio of Kroger & Publix-anchored centers and properties for institutional owners such as Publix, The Kroger Co., UBS, CAPROC, Wells Fargo, C-III, LNR and Aetna, as well, entrepreneurial owners. She currently oversees approximately 40 properties (over 2.9 million sq.ft.).
