Melissa Welch

Melissa Welch has been active in commercial real estate in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area since 1997. In 2007, Mrs. Welch and her partners opened the Dulles office of KLNB where she continued to specialize in retail tenant and landlord representation. Previously, Melissa spent 3 years with Madison Retail Group and 5 years with CB Richard Ellis, Inc., specializing in the sale and leasing of retail property. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Urban Affairs and Planning from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech). Melissa holds an active membership in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the leading trade association for retailers, developers, owners and brokers of retail properties in the United States. She is also a licensed real estate salesperson in Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Washington D.C. and West Virginia.
