Melissa Lippe

Melissa Lippe joined J.C. BAR Properties, Inc. in January 2022 as Principal, Senior Vice President. Melissa manages over 4.5M SF of retail and office space in the Triple BAR Group fund and the J.C. BAR Properties portfolio to oversee the asset management and leasing. In addition, Melissa works with the acquisition and development teams to evaluate and underwrite opportunities for the company’s expansion. A notable project of Melissa’s includes the reposition of J.C. BAR’s, Lansdale Pavilion Shopping Center, a 135,808 square foot grocery anchored center located within Montgomery County, PA. Melissa has been recognized as an Influencer of Real Estate achieving the “Rising Star” award in 2019 by The Philadelphia Inquirer. Melissa received a Bachelor of Science in Business & Management from James Madison University. Melissa is an active member of the ICSC. She works in the Conshohocken office.
