Melissa Holland is a Managing Director within the Dallas/Fort Worth Industrial Services group. As a senior team member, Melissa brings 20 years of expertise, market knowledge and significant transactional experience. She is responsible for new business development, market research, acquisition and disposition negotiations, strategic marketing initiatives, and financial analytics. Melissa’s tenacious and meticulous character enables her to deliver aggressive, cost-cutting results for her clients. Prior to joining JLL, Melissa was a Vice President at Jackson Cooksey, where she focused on local tenant representation and national account management.
