Melissa is a seasoned professional with over 30 years in business development. Growing up in Southern California, attending college in Boston and living in states as far as HI to SC and in between, Melissa has planted herself across the US and can speak to many regions. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to jump on the tech wave early in her career, working with cutting edge technology has always been a passion. While working and networking with the movers and shakers of the early 90s, she was able to learn how to build strong relationships that paved her road for an adventurous career with some very prominent industry leaders. From managing an international law firm, opening offices nationally and internationally; to small business ownership and commercial construction project management - she has grown into an experienced professional with the ability to listen and be a creative visionary while negotiating the toughest deals. Melissa is also very passionate about working with developers in identifying best-use space designs with raw land and urban infrastructures. Backed by a team of commercial brokers with expertise in all facets of commercial real estate, Melissa is gifted at making critical connections between buyers and sellers, investors and developers. Her energy, tenacity, commitment and fearlessness make her a strong representative to have in your court. When Melissa is not working, she enjoys investing, scuba diving, riding horses, traveling, volunteering and spending time with her family.
