Melinda Kulpa

Melinda’s educational real estate background began when she completed the Certificate in Real Estate program at the University of Colorado, Boulder while she obtained a double major Business BA in Finance and Accounting. She also has a Master’s Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. This paired with working for almost a decade in commercial real estate serving more than a dozen states as a property/asset manager, transaction manager, financial analyst, and broker, well equips her to help her client’s diverse commercial real estate needs. After her husband’s civil engineering job relocated them, she is now expanding her commercial real estate career in sunny Saint Petersburg, FL. She still currently holds her Colorado real estate license, as well as a Florida real estate license. She strives work closely with her client to optimize their portfolio and investment goals. She has in-depth expertise in numerous asset types including multifamily, industrial, retail, office and portfolio optimization. She also has the ability to help her clients navigate through the many facets of CRE including broker price opinions, financial analysis, financing, tenant relations, property management, construction, leasing and marketing. She works hard to ensure her clients have the competitive edge in any deal. She strives to help her clients understand all their options, including not only acquisition and disposition, but everything in between from portfolio optimization, sale lease back options, capital/tenant improvements, renovations, leasing, creative marketing plans, wealth growth strategies, 1031 exchanges, and construction. When she isn’t helping clients build wealth through commercial real estate investments, she enjoys spending time doing yoga, biking, paddle boarding, snowboarding, traveling, camping, reading, and hiking with her husband and two dogs.
