Meghan is an Owner and Commercial Real Estate Broker at AXIS 360. In 2018, after years of financial analysis classes and submission of a portfolio, Meghan was honored with the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. She is the only commercial broker in McLean County to hold this prestigious designation. Meghan joined Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2014, after moving to the area to be closer to her family, where she teamed up with her father to form a powerful and successful commercial brokerage team. Meghan and her dad Mike were the Top Commercial Team for 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 at Coldwell Banker Commercial. Meghan is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and regularly attends conventions and conferences where she constantly strives to build new relationships in the industry. Prior to her time at Coldwell Banker, Meghan worked for several years in the Underwater Construction trade, and then completed her B.S. in Construction Management at Illinois State University. After graduation, Meghan and her husband lived in several states, as well as internationally, before returning to Bloomington to raise their two children. Meghan is engaged in the community and pays close attention to matters affecting the commercial real estate industry. Her strong relationships within both municipalities help her stay in tune with code and ordinance changes that may affect her client’s businesses. She has a passion for making the community a better place. She is actively involved in the McLean County Political Action Committee, where she strives to find the right people to run for local office. Meghan is an energetic adventurer, and someone who loves to laugh. She will always provide direct and honest feedback, and she wants what is best for her clients, whether she’s known them for five minutes or five years. Meghan and her family love to travel and are always up for adventure, whether it be scuba diving in Mexico, hangliding in Australia, rock climbing and spelunking in Greece, or skiing in Wisconsin, there is always another adventure waiting for them around the corner.
