Meghan Basso is a Senior Vice President with Lockehouse Retail Group. Ms. Basso joined the firm in 2022, bringing with her 12 years of real estate experience and industry knowledge ranging from commercial brokerage and market research to property management. Ms. Basso has excelled in new business development, client management and both landlord and tenant representation assignments across disciplines and throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area. As a retail leasing specialist, Ms. Basso works with clients to provide full-service solutions, whether site selection to retailers or first-class service to landlords leasing new developments, redevelopments, or existing and street front properties throughout Northern California. Her geographic focus is the East Bay, including Contra Costa, Alameda and Solano counties. Ms. Basso currently handles nearly 2 million square feet of retail space in a variety of centers.
