Megan Talalemotu broke into the real estate industry 20 years ago representing individual clients to sell their homes. It did not take long for builders and developers to notice how her real estate knowledge and customer service skills could benefit them directly. After working with several local builders, as well as an international developer launching a distinctive downtown condominium project, Megan was recruited by Oregon’s largest local home builder, Arbor Custom Homes in January of 2004. As the Director of Sales and Marketing for Arbor Custom Homes, Megan managed all aspects of the department which included 22 new communities and 26 sales agents. As a proven skilled negotiator, Megan was responsible for negotiating all the purchase agreements on behalf of Arbor Custom Homes, which successfully led to hundreds of completed transactions.
