Beginning earlier in her career, Megan successfully closed numerous commercial transactions - including office and retail leases, as well as commercial condominium sales. She has broadened her focus to include residential sales, with a particular emphasis on Manhattan and Brooklyn properties. As a longtime downtown Manhattan resident, Megan’s passion for real estate began while renovating and designing homes. As such, she has a particularly keen understanding of the opportunities and/or challenges that each space may present. She also possesses first-hand knowledge on moving to NYC and all that the transition encompasses. Megan will guide her clients personally, through all aspects of relocating, whether within the city or as a transition from elsewhere. Megan is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York. She holds a fashion merchandising degree and had a brief career as a fit model before raising her two children.
