He has successfully served as a broker specializing in senior housing investments in Utah since 2014. Throughout his career, McSean has facilitated the purchase, sale, and exchange of senior housing assets worth over $104 million. One of McSean’s played a vital role in the sale of the Spring Gardens assisted living portfolio, a transaction valued at $35 million, which earned him the prestigious CCIM Excellence Award for top specialty transaction in the state in 2019. His outstanding track record showcases his dedication and commitment to providing exceptional service to his clients. During his tenure at the UAE’s Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MoHESR), Thompson successfully implemented a $700 million annual funding model for public colleges and universities. He also played a crucial role in establishing the Centre for Higher Education Data and Statistics, enabling global performance benchmarks. With a diverse background in consulting, data science, and analytics, Thompson provides valuable strategic guidance to clients. He has consulted with senior housing operators, driving operational improvements, and has closed over $110 million in investment transactions, solidifying his reputation as a seasoned professional.
