Maxwell Marcum

Maxwell has been working in the real estate industry since 2014, and has been a part-time licensed agent since the summer of 2015. He graduated from Colorado State University’s spring 2018 class with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a Minor in Real Estate. He currently represents over 200,000 square feet of office, industrial, and flex space, and has participated in over $25 million in total sales and lease transactions. During his four years, Maxwell participated in the Sherman Miller real estate competition and obtained internships with The Group Inc., a residential brokerage and Chrisland Real Estate Companies, a commercial developer/brokerage in Northern Colorado. Maxwell now works as an Associate Broker with Marcum Commercial Advisors and is actively involved in the Mile-High Young Professional network. Maxwell currently helps lease and manage over 150,000 square feet of office, industrial, and flex space along the I-70 corridor. Maxwell is actively seeking opportunities across the Denver Metro region to solidify himself as an ethical business professional who is knowledgeable and diligent. He continually pursues an active lifestyle, does a variety of outreach programs through Red Rocks church, and has participated and created his own homeless support programs.
