Max Stone

Max Stone has been handling the diverse needs of clients from Leasing to Investment sales and Owner User opportunities. He has successfully closed transactions in every zip code of San Diego. In 2015 Max was brought on to the Private Client Group at Voit Real Estate Services where his primary role was to lease retail space on behalf of ownership in the local markets. Max’s strong work ethic resulted in successful lease transactions, stabilizing assets for clients struggling with vacancy. These stabilized assets allowed those clients to then seek out other real estate opportunities elsewhere. Stone has worked on an array of different projects around San Diego County ranging from large Community Centers to small Single Tenant projects. Currently, Stone manages the leasing for 50 different projects totaling over 700,000 Sf. He began his career at Voit Real Estate Services after graduating with a Bachelors degree in Psychology from San Diego State University. Stone is a second-generation real estate professional who is an active member in NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) and ICSC (the International Council of Shopping Center). In his spare time, Stone stays active as a participant in the SDSU alumni association and he often finds himself in the water surfing or swimming. He is actively involved in the ALS Association of Greater San Diego where he just completed his third year as a board member.
